[IAEP] [Sugar-devel] This list in need YOUR help

Currently spam is not an issue. It looks like it has a good spam
filter attached, but I haven't compared in detail to the list we
manage since years ago (currently sugar-sur). In sur, we do get some
spam, but it's not really an issue.
Really the load to moderate this list is not much at all. Since this
call for help I've had zero need to manually intervene.
