[IAEP] More Sugar Numbers.

 Some more interesting Sugar and XO numbers.

At the site  https://www.one-education.org/   OLPC Australia is reporting that 2,370 out of 42,329 phoned home. That is about 5% phoning home. I was expecting significantly higher numbers from them. I hope that is a glitch in their reporting systems.

At  http://allafrica.com/stories/201503190336.html  they are reporting that the OLPC program is getting worse results than expected. They will be dropping XOs for another device.
