[IAEP] Request for public motion to decide on fuding request for Sugar Camp travel

Dear SLOBs,

On May 27,  three members of our community have requested travelling funds
[1] to be able to assist and take part of Sugar Camp Chía 2014.

SLOBs met last monday [3] but did not make a motion, pending info from SFC
regarding our financial status (SLOBs was unaware of available resources of
Sugar Labs).

The present note is to formally request updated status of this funding
request.
