Unfortunately, this report does not reference childrens' exposure to IT or
digital divide issues (there are 12 metrics). This is also the case for
another recent report, Early Reading Proficiency in the United States:

However, the reading and math proficiency data are well worth a look.

As is often the case in US studies, "Hispanic" and "white" are considered
separate ethnicities.

This is a first-time index which the foundation will update in future to
measure trends.
