[IAEP] [support-gang] Questions about the new XO Tablet and Software

James, your points are well taken. And I wouldn't consider my list
indicative of a true trend in education. I would consider most of these
products deliver informal home edutainment. The hardware of the products
are commodity tablets with, as you say, no thought to power consumption and
daylight readability. I think I can also safely assume the virtually all of
the content and apps offered by these products is closed source. I believe
all the thinking that has gone into Sugar could be distilled into an
opportunity to do something innovative in the Android space.
