Good luck with your presentation
I have managed to exactly duplicate a fully working 8 GB RPi SD Card. [1]
The duplicated SD booted right up when powered on in my RPi.
So far it seems to require a Linux laptop to do the duplication.
This needs further testing.
(This is a direct duplicate including all passwords and settings. So be 
careful what you install on it.)
Also this would be a nice way to distribute the (optional) compressed 
file (1.7 GB) by DVD or over the internet.
