[IAEP] Venoumous FUD by Sugar Labs project founder

Hi Sugar Community,
I came across the following comment on the public #sugar channel on
Freenode, with regard to my request for 200USD airfare Bogota-Medellín
to attend an event:

"<bernie> walterbender: who is taking care of approving reimbursement
requests these days?
 walterbender: for SL, i mean
<walterbender> I suppose you...
this request is pretty bogus though
 it is a sales call
he is trying to sell the work that Peru is paying him big bucks for
nothing wrong with that, but SL shouldn't be paying for it"

I take great offense from these comments.

First of all this is NOT a sales call, we are not going to sell anything
to the deployment but trying to recruit some help with testing and some
users for the community led Hexoquinasa Deployment Platform.

I would like to ask Walter to please stop spreading FUD about the
perfectly transparent process we've been spearheading because the
venomous tongue from the project founder is hurting our ability to
operate.

For your information, in accordance to the "Required Resources" [1] the
up-to-date document which is published from the Project wiki and has
been shared multiple times in the lists, to the date, 1387 US$ has been
received from the Peru deployment, after a year of work.

So I will take one day as a volunteer to bring a significant software
update to an important deployment which can potentially help us with the
quality testing that is required, and for this require a 200USD ticket.

We've had patience in the past but Walter's attitude should be vetted as
unacceptable by the community.

Regards,
Sebastian
