Me es grato compartir con todos ustedes que hemos llegado a un momento muy
importante como comunidad y a un punto muy significativo en la vida de
nuestro proyecto.

Nuestro propósito es conectar orgánicamente a la Red Azúcar, tantos
usuarios como sea posible tan rápido como podamos. Los usuarios tendrán
acceso a soporte, contenido y mejoras del software mientras que
voluntariamente proveerán contenido, estadísticas de uso y reporte de
fallos aún en escenarios de no-conectividad.

Despues de muchos meses de contribución activa, hemos sido capaces de
establecer un sólido equipo de desarrollo internacional: Aleksey
(desarrollador upstream), Sebastian (desarrollador front-end) y quien les
habla (diseñadora de producto), el cual ha logrado establecer un flujo de
trabajo cooperativo sobre un producto de la comunidad, siguiendo un
cronograma de entregas mensuales.

Para lograr nuestro propósito estamos usando todos los recursos disponibles
y trabajamos sin cesar bajo una perspectiva de "colaboración radical" con
terceras partes y el equipo local de despliegue.

Juntando fuerzas con la comunidad y los gobiernos locales, estaremos
testeando la imagen inicial [0] que incluye el acceso a la Red Azúcar y que
será desplegada y mejorada en terreno en Perú.

resolver como hacer disponibles oportunamente los recursos requeridos

To our sponsors and fellow members of the community,

I'm happy to share with all of you that we have come to a very exciting
time for the community and a very significant point in the life of the
Project as well.

Our purpose is to organically connect to Sugar Network as many users as
possible, as fast as we can. Users will have access to support, content and
software improvements as they will provide content, usage statistics and
bugs reports even in no-connectivity scenarios.

After several months of active contribution, we have been able to establish
a solid international development team; Aleksey (developing upstream),
Sebastian (developing front end) and myself (as product designer), that has
been able to establish a solid cooperative workflow with a solid community
led product and a monthly release schedule.

For this purpose we are using all resources available and are working
non-stop and under "radical collaboration" perspective with third parties
and local deployment team.

Joining forces with the community and the local governments we'll be
testing the initial image [0] that will include access to Sugar Network and
that will be deployed and improved over the next years on field in Perú.
