[IAEP] Code of Conduct

I personally read the code minutes after you sent the mail,  I thought it
was important and interesting.
In fact I forwarded it immediately to people from the local (uruguay)
ubuntu group that  also enjoyed the link, and had the chance to read it and
to share it and to talk about it  on the Flisol ( free sw festival)  that
was held last Saturday.
