best solution, don't!

You cite many very good reasons why many people will not benefit from
a full computer, but can benefit from DVDs.

(Actually, not a bad idea at all considering evidence that too many of
these $200+ computers are mostly used, if at all, as (free to the
student) alternatives to a $5 MP3 player... :-()

Actually, I am really starting to really like the idea of DVD players
for mass education.
Has possibilities. Cheaper that the Proclaimer
