Hi Caryl,

in Safari, when I go to this page:

	http://www.educacionprohibida.com/descargar.php?fuente=16&tipo=completa&calidad=480p&formato=mp4

and then ctrl-click the green button and choose "Download linked file" that appears to work fine. (actually Chrome and "Download link as..." works equally well here).
