[IAEP] New finance request: budget request for Lima airfare (Ticket #3210)

Hello everyone,

I've been invited to work in the Sugar Camp Lima project and to assist
in representation of the Trisquel TOAST project. I'm requesting
airfare for that travel from Spain, which would be around 780€.
