[IAEP] Conditions for the usage of XO logo?

Hi,
Several GNU+Linux distributions are forced to ship de-branded versions of
Firefox because of their trademark.

I could only find the following but it's not clear to me it applies to 
the XO logo.

Does anybody know what the conditions are for using this logo?
