[IAEP] [ANN] Dr. Geo 11.03

Hello,

This is the March release, we can name it the hacker release as it
features a lot of improvement to write Smalltalk programmed interactive
sketches. http://www.ofset.org/drgeo

This last Dr. Geo II version is just new; to the menu, beside bug fixes,
we have easy access to developer tools
(http://documentation.ofset.org/drgeo2/fr/drgeo007.html), the syntax
coloring, and automatic completion and the most exciting is the
possibility to construct a point given a block closure in Smalltalk.
