One category was Red, the rest were green. The "HTTP, HTTPS, FTP connectivity" was red with error messages (12029, 12057, and 12045), "Could not make an HTTP connection", "Could not make an HTTPS connection", and a note "Redirecting user to support call"... like what support?

Is there a re image sector on the windows hard disk?
Sometimes it is visible on boot screen as a selection
Or Original software to use?
worst case would be to save your needed files to a USB hard drive and
re-image to factory stock.
Like re flashing an XO !

good luck

I am able to use Skype, so I know the wireless is working fine. The wireless status report says I am connected at 54.0Mbps and that the signal strength is excellent.
