[IAEP] [FM Discuss] E-Book Enlightenment is now on the Kindle Store

Daniel,

The book should be for sale on three different Amazon sites: US, UK, and
German.  I have the URL's for all three but only posted US.  My previous
book has sold one copy in the UK and one in Germany so far.

Anyone anywhere should be able to get it at archive.org for free.
