[IAEP] [SLOBS] scheduling future meetings

We have a new oversight board which means we have new constraints on
meeting times. Please let me know when (day of the week/time of day)
would work best for you, so we can start into a regular meeting
schedule again.

Some topics we need to discuss are the status of various board
positions and some details re our election process.
