[IAEP] [SLOBS]: scheduling our next meeting

We have a couple of outstanding items that need attending to:

(1) the proposal to set up a Sugar Labs North Dakota State University;
(2) the request to provide certificates to Sugar activity developers.

I'd like to propose a meeting on Friday, 5 August, at UTC 15 (11 AM
