[IAEP] spanish localization administrator needed

Please explicit the tasks and process around translation, here at Sugar Labs
Chile we could help or coordinate.  Our resources are scarce, it's the only
reason not to take on the challenge right away.  So that's why we need
details to take a serious decision on this responsability.  Best wishes,
