[IAEP] The Planet was hosed

The Sugar Planet had not been refreshing since last Sunday, when I
upgraded the software from the original PlanetPlanet to an improved fork
called Planet Venus [1].

For the curious, there was an typo in the hourly cronjob which slipped
through. Sorry for the inconvenience.
