[IAEP] [SLOBs] Trademark Policy and Guidelines

We got feedback from the SFC regarding our trademark policy and
guidelines. I incorporated their suggestions (minor edits for clarity)
into the wiki. Please see:

I think we have a good policy in place. Thanks to all who worked so
