[IAEP] wiki.sugarlabs.org relocation

I wasn't aware that we were pushing this theme to the production wiki. 
We should be able to role back to the original shikiwiki theme. I made a 
backup of it named shikiwiki.php.orig or something like that.

I did change the logo, so I'm not sure why the old one is up there. It 
also looks like some of the styles I declared are being overwritten 
somewhere in the cascade.

I just woke up so, I'm going to grab a coffee and start fixing things. 
Besides the logo, Bernie also mentioned some links that aren't working 
which I'll take a look at too. The article navigation (page, discussion, 
view source, history) still needs to be fixed as well.
