[IAEP] US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton praises OLPC in South America

There was the school-in-a-crate, that I believe the Navy was working 
together with OLPC a long time back?  Precisely the idea was to have 
these boxes that would be like everything you needed to jump-start a 
school right in a disaster area, power supply, a bunch of XOs, etc.
