[IAEP] eBooks for Primary Students?

Hi....
Can some of you send me some links to sites with free ebooks/digital textbooks suitable for use in primary schools... English is ok. Need to be culturally unbiased if possible.  I need these for for folks doing Contributors Program projects in Uganda and on the Crow reservation in Montana.
