The software on this tablet is Android. Given that there already is a Squeak Virtual Machine for Android, it is not infeasible (though still quite some work) to make Etoys run:

However, even if it was running, it would not really be usable. Touch screens require a serious redesign of the user interface if the original design was mouse-focused.
