[IAEP] Humane Reader is a $20 8-bit PC for TVs

Its amazing how cheap you can make a laptop if you
leave out the RAM, battery, display, keyboard, networking,
processor, and plastic case.

It is a much less developed version of AMD's 50x15
terminal.
