[IAEP] Fwd: Google Science Fair competition: Students ages 13 - 18 years old.

It's a shame the timing is so bad for anyone in the Southern
Hemisphere - middle of summer break. Students usually return first
week in Feb, so the north will get more than a 3 week headstart.
