[IAEP] FOSS VT presentation

the numbers on the flags in the google map (http://laptop.org/en/children/countries/index.shtml 
) is the most current data (last week). it has not made it to the wiki  
(yet as of yesterday).

these numbers reflect orders not deployed but that data is coming in  
too...
