deadline: Nov. 20.
Perhaps we can prepare a submission at SugarCamp Bolzano?
The "relevant to the business world" criteria is iffy, but I think
it's worth a shot.

Determination of Participation:
An international jury named by Linux New Media will evaluate each
application based on the submitted information and source documents,
with further communication to follow. Therefore, it is important to
identify at least one contact person and the responsible parties for
the project.
Important Criteria for Project Selection:
* Only noncommercial projects with a strong connection to Linux or
Open Source will be considered for a booth sponsored by CeBIT Open
Source and Linux New Media.
* The vitality and activity of the supporting community behind the
project plays a major role in project selection.
* The project should provide topics relevant to the business world.
* The project should be innovative and original.
* The project should credibly ensure that its participation as
exhibitor involves a sufficient number of presenters.
