Many thanks for asking about this... potential difficulties are best
avoided by discussion first :-)

I have cc'd the Sugar Labs e-mail alias for trademark questions
(trademark at sugarlabs.org).

Sugar Labs is indeed a registered trademark, although we are still
drafting our trademark policy (see
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Sugar_Labs/Governance/Trademark and its
discussion page).

The SFLC, which handles legal questions for Sugar Labs, can give the
best response concerning our trademark usage.
