[IAEP] deployments driving sugar development

one step more in this direction:

For the first round of feedback request I want this form to be very
simple to fill. For further cycles we can improve based on the past
ones. We'll need help with translating, consolidating and reaching the
people with the best information. For now I will translate it to
Spanish, but if someone wants, we can also do other languages.

My main objective is collecting feedback about Sugar, which is what I
can act on, but I'm concerned that many of the people we want to reach
might not know what Sugar is or which functions are more directly
related to software or to hardware. So I'm thinking for now to do a
form about the XO and another about Sugar for non-XO deployments.

About the best way to collect and process this information, I have
gone with Google Docs after seeing Christoph's one, but if someone
thinks that are better solutions (semantic wiki?) I'm all ears.
