[IAEP] youtube upload was Re: share videos from XO?

Sorry, correction, Record 64 (8.2) has Low, High and Best as options.
Now, on the XO 1 / 802 only Low works, the others are celery-for-soup 
choppy. 

Why do we have those options show up at all?
