[IAEP] R: [SoaS] E-Books for Sugar on a Stick (Blueberry)

sorry to keep the off-topic on topic, :-), but in my experience the
possibility to access stuff in English is one of the biggest calls for Sugar
use, especially maybe in non-English places.
