[IAEP] SugarCamp Berlin

Due to overwhelming demand, It looks like Sugar Labs will hold
SugarCamp Berlin to follow after LinuxTag.  I am thinking Sunday, June
28th looks good.

As a starting point, I am thinking something like the SugarCamp Sugar
Labs held on Sunday as a follow on to OLPCFrance's event last month.

If anyone is interested let's see what we can put together!

SugarCamp Paris was a great success by my primary measure - the
increase and quality of contributions from community members who
attend the Camp, particularly the increase in depth and breadth of
project leadership.
