[IAEP] NECC Unplugged...Sign Up Now!

Caryl,

Thank you for consolidating what's known and making the suggestions on time
slots. Here's the story I've gathered so far from our DC crew's involvement
at NECC:

Mike Lee:

- I'm there Sunday to help deliver and set up 10-15 XOs in the Open Source
Pavilion. We are apparently going to take delivery somehow on a rollup
banner, as well as print literature and burn CDs in the days/weeks prior.
- I have taken all of Monday off to present at Unplugged and work the
pavilion. I can talk about and show anything related to Sugar Labs and OLPC,
have Caryl's presentation, plus a lot of my own material. No one else in DC
wants to stand up and speak, so I could do 1/2 hour each on state of Sugar
Labs and OLPC Association at times offset from Walter and Caroline. I have
set up my accounts on the Unplugged wiki as well as Elluminate and can post
tomorrow in the Onsite Main column of the schedule grid.
- My office is walking distance from the Convention Center, so I will duck
out of the office after 3pm Tuesday and Wednesday to work the pavilion.

Luke Faraone:

- Luke says he can work as much as needed as he is off school. So far, I've
suggested he help Sunday with setup, and do all day Tuesday and Wednesday.
He has marked his calendar.

Kevin Cole:

- Has not decided his available times, but apparently can be there more than
one day for part of those days.

Jeff Elkner:

- Has to teach until 3pm Monday - Wednesday, but will come over to the
Convention Center afterwards.

We'll likely scare up a few other people via our blog and email list.

Sugar t-shirts are a fine idea. I'm sure the four of us wouldn't mind
chipping in for our own custom shirts from a place like Cafe Press.

Mike
