[IAEP] Sugar Labs FAQ

Sugar Labs community:

http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Sugar_Labs/FAQ is a link in the sidebar of the
Sugar Labs wiki.
It is a fairly long set of general Sugar and Sugar Labs questions and then a
compilation by wiki transclusion of the Sugar Labs Team FAQ pages.

The Team FAQ pages have been modified to include a [post questions here]
link that goes to the Talk:<Team>/FAQ page.  The link is included in the
transcluded content to encourage visitors to the main FAQ page to post new
questions to the Teams.

Team members should click the 'Watch' tab on their FAQ page so their are
alerted to new questions that might be posted by visitors or users.

Now that we have the general www.sugarlabs.org site, the general Sugar and
Sugar Labs questions might be trimmed and updated.
