Some slightly rounded corners on grey edge lines like on these Sugar
elements, would help remind me more of the UI

Color in the Sugar windows is left to the icons and figures, which
glow like jewels on the neutral panels.

How about colored Sugar favorite stars on the Featured and Recommended
activity headers, the rounded search box, representative activity
icons for the Categories header or items, the Date & Time clock for
the Latest activities header, another clock icon for the Recently
updated, the Language map for the Language selector.
