[IAEP] Laptops build bridge to Ireland (from Chicago)

After just a little digging, I found the e-mails of the actual
teachers on the committee (as well as the Governor, the school
district head, and the Co. Cork Mayor). I'll cintact the teachers and
ask them where they are with the project (article says "in the fall").

There seems to be a jabber server already:
