[IAEP] also download count screwed up

Just a heads up that the also download count is reflecting zero for
the last week.

I had a trailing space on the apache access log.  The parser's regex
did not recognize the download lines correctly.

The download, review, rating, weekly.... counters touch enough stuff
when they run that I don't think it is worth the trouble to rerun the
counters and start screwing things up.
