[IAEP] Linuxtag 2009 - how do we want to promote Sugar Labs

By every _important_ measure the PR for this release has all-ready
been an overwhelming success.
1. The project was able to attract and integrate an outstanding
marketing coordinator.
2. The marketing team was able to put together a good (and more
important to me), truthful picture of where Sugar Labs is and where it
is heading.
3. The marketing team has gotten the '.01' campaign out the door in
time for the .84 release.
If our marketing team (and every other team) continues it's rate of
improvement for the next few releases, Sugar Labs will be a
significant force:)
