[IAEP] [Localization] Fwd: sugar on a stick localized in farsi or pashto or both

   My understanding now is that MTSA is interested 
in Dari and Pashto. Svetlana is the expert in this, 
not I (my role is to support Carol Ruth Silver and 
MTSA's efforts, I'm still coming up to speed).
