[IAEP] Mac users - Rewrote Mac instructions

Dear Mac users,

Based on watching Mac educators trying to test Sugar I've made some changes
to our Mac instructions.

I point people to Virtual Box as the first choice.

Dave did a screencast of installing Strawberry.

Please take a look and see if we can make it any easier.
