Authors are invited to submit Papers for the
First Software Freedom Conference of Kosovo at the Technical Faculty of the
University of Prishtina

As a newborn and developing nation the focus will be on :

0. What is free software and open source?
1. How can free software help a developing nation?
2. Practical Work on using free software for Schools and Business?
3. How Government and Institutions can benefit from free software?
4. Free Culture, Open Knowledge, Open Standards
5. Local developers presenting work on projects.
6. Voice Over IP
7. How to work with Microsoft using Free Software and Open Source?
8. Copyright, Licensing and Patents

Talks and papers can be done in one of the three national languages
(Albanian, Serbian, English) and presentations are ideally held in English.

We would prefer that the papers are made available under a Creative Commons
or GFDL license if possible.

We still need more companies who would like to invest into Kosovo to sign
up!
