I think they mean the content modules[1] donated by the Azim Premji
Foundation. I had seem them in a school near Bangalore sometime in
2005, and at that time, they were essentially subject/topic specific
interactive flash movies. The movies can be localized (voiceover, as
well as text) into local languages.
