[IAEP] Sugar in New Delhi, India?

Turn out two of the people helping with the Boston Sugar on a Stick pilots
have roots in New Delhi, India.  One of them in a high school student and
will be returning in a few weeks.  They are both interesting in gettng a
Sugar on a Stick pilot going in New Delhi.

Is there a Sugar/OLPC group in the area?
