[IAEP] [Sugar-devel] idea for Sugar slogan and name

I like "playground" as a concept, since it emphasizes activity and
entertainment, but I also thing that "Sugar" should likely still stand
alone, at this stage.  How about something like:

Sugar: A playground for learning.
