Current packaging routines used for packaging Sugar for Debian cannot.

If anyone hacks more branches into current packaging routines and you
endorse it by releasing packages based on it, I quit the Alioth team!
If someone (me) reorganize the packaging routines as already drafted
at the Alioth OLPC list, then it is not sponsoring but ordinary package
 Others are welcome too, it is just that noone has stepped up!
