to save some time in the morning, we'd like to come up with a
tentative schedule beforehand:

Nothing is set in stone, this is an informal event after all.
If you have something to talk about, just go on and add it to the
agenda somewhere in a free spot.

Anyone is welcome to join, but please add your name to the list of
attendants or we'll let you outside in the snow for 2 hours.
