[IAEP] Crediting sponsors

It occurred to me that we're not giving enough official recognition to
our sponsors and partners.

For infrastructure, I have a clear idea of who these are.  To thank
them, I'd like to put up a page with their logos, a link to their home
pages, and perhaps a short description of what they are doing for us.
We could also let them put their brand in pages related to the
services they are sponsoring.

I'll check with them for permission to use their trademarks.
