NetSquared is pleased to announce a new Partner Challenge with U.C.
Berkeley¹s Human Rights Center.  This Challenge encourages innovations for
mobile technologies in human rights investigations and advocacy.  Winners
will receive cash awards to implement their Projects. Submissions open on
Monday, February 2, 2009 and run through March 13, 2009 at 3 pm PST.
